RIVA at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is a New York Fine Dining style restaurant offering a five-course tasting menu. 

The five course tasting experience will start with some light bites sent out by the chef followed by a choice of appetizer, selection of a handmade pastas, entrée and dessert. To pair with RIVA's curated menu is a beverage program that features a wine list which highlights some of the older vintages from around the world.
