Fresh from his tenure as head chef of Cafe Monarch, and the opening of the highly acclaimed Reserve in Scottsdale, Arizona, we are proud to have Chef Benjamin Wald now in charge of our menu at RIVA. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, Wald went to train under the legendary Alain Ducasse in France before working at the Michelin three-star Inn at Little Washington. Wald brings a world class menu to our piece of San Juan and we’re happy to be able to share it with our guests.
